One-to-one Personal Training:
I have a tiered pricing structure depending on how often you are able to train with me:
| 5 sessions @ £40.00 per session (1 session a week / fortnight) |
= £200.00 |
| 10 sessions @ £35.00 per session (2 sessions a week) |
= £350.00 |
| 20 sessions @ £30.00 per session (3 or more sessions a week) |
= £600.00 |
All sessions must be completed within 8 weeks from the date of the first session (unless previously arranged, for example holidays, or in the event of long term illness).
Small Group Training (2-6 people):
Spread the cost with your friends or family with small group training. All members of the group need to have similar fitness goals and not drastically different levels of fitness.

| 10 sessions @ £50.00 per session (2 sessions a week) |

| 20 sessions @ £40.00 per session (3 or more sessions a week) |

Larger Groups:
If you are a sports team, employer, or just a large social group who wish to set up fitness classes or consultations, please contact me and we can discuss options.
