So, let me tell you a little about my history and interest in
training:
I started doing serious fitness training as a teenager, when I had my heart set on joining the Royal Marines. Following 2 years of training I passed the tough fitness tests to get in. 9 months later, however, I decided the military wasn’t for me. But I did learn a lot, during this period, about pushing myself, and feel this experience taught me a lot about what we can achieve with a little determination.
I continued training when I left and realised my passion for anything physical, whether playing Rugby for local teams, training in martial arts, dancing (Salsa, Hip-Hop, African etc.), climbing, swimming, cycling…….you name it, and if it involves learning movement or challenging myself physically, I’m there.
I later realised I also got massive rewards from helping others to reach towards their goals, so the obvious conclusion was that fitness coaching was the career for me. Once I’d qualified, I spent a year working at a health club in London getting experience in the industry, before I returned to Bristol and setup my own business. Since then I have helped many clients work towards their personal goals (see Success Stories)
I love what I do and feel extremely privileged to make positive changes in peoples lives. I keep up to date with the latest developments in the world of fitness and know how to deliver results whilst having fun too. I believe my strengths are my passion for health and fitness and my ability to tailor my approach to the differing needs of my clients.
I hope I can join you on your journey of change and be a driving force towards you being the best you can be. |
